About The Project

Office Refurbishment project comprised of design and fit out of 20,000 square ft of newly completed office space on the outskirts of Wexford. Completed in two phases to facilitate the new Zurich operation. The client brief included the provision of dedicated staff teams operating across a number of business departments.

The Specifications

This was a full Office fit out from shell and core, landlord finish inclusive of full air conditioning, lighting ceilings and all finishes. The Client requirements included provisions of meeting rooms, continuous training rooms as well as town hall meeting space. This lead to the provision of a large training suite with folding walls to allow the area open into one capable of taking 80 staff seated. Or alternatively the full staff standing together with the associated audio and presentation features. Workstations were provided with access to local coffee stations. The canteen area is set to offer hot options and is sized to being upgradable to fully functioning restaurant operation.
