About The Project

KCI Medical required a new platform from which to present their cutting edge medical device operations. CSS completed the full office fit out and refurbishment services under one package. This  included planning, design and full fit out of office, cleanroom and product support centre at their Citywest Business Campus.

We worked with the client in establishing the requirements for the business and completed the technical assessment of the fit out options available. The solution was to merge two units offered by the landlord into one facility to provide for both the office and product support functions. The addition of a mezzanine floor as part of the fit out provided the client with the optimum floor plan.

The Specifications

The project required an additional planning application to provide for additional openings in the façade of the facility. This was managed by CSS. The offices and customer support functions are now completed in a state of the art office area. This includes a flexible meeting suite to assist with customer training functions etc. The product support centre was developed to new cleanroom standards which KCI have adopted as a new standard for all their support operations across Europe.
