Energy rating in commercial facilities
Legalisation now requires that all office facilities offered for rent or for sale after 2009 must have a building energy rating certificate – a BER. Working closely with SEI , CSS will be providing Energy audit facilities to existing and new facilities under construction. Once an energy audit is complete we can work on the options available to improve the rating and reduce running costs.
