STAGE 1 – Development
Often office fit out services’ projects are in their assessment stage and information is required to allow an informed decision prior to signing of a lease. CSS therefore provide a separate fee for this initial stage to allow customers assess all options before committing to the full package.
Review of potential sites in relation to what’s offered and their suitability.
Full technical assessment of the space and provision of a condition report presented for inclusion in the lease documentation.
Discussion/clarification with landlord in relation to key elements of offer.
Development of initial office design layouts.
On the selected facility or refurbishment of existing office facility, budget costs and provisional timelines for the project are presented for consideration.
A detailed cost plan will be prepared and presented in a schedule to allow the client select the elements required and alternatives available.
STAGE 2 – Construction
Once the full scope of the project is refined a fixed cost and timeline is applied to the project and the full office fit out services package is completed under a single contract.
Our team will look after the approvals required which include planning, fire certification, health and safety compliance and landlord approval for the proposed works.
All elements of the construction will be handled by one of our capable project managers under one fixed contract. Utilising a mix of our existing panel of highly qualified contractors.
Fast Track Programme
Project timelines will be presented and approved by the client in a clear format. Working with existing teams we can reduce the overall timeline and the standards required are known. Key areas such as comms areas can be accessed early by staff to speed up the process.
STAGE 3 – Aftercare
Once the office fit out services’ project is complete and handed over to the client we will provide a full aftercare service for the facility from office building maintenance to a full facilities management service.
Always on hand to assist in the settling in period in a new facility. Once this is complete we can provide a full service to assist in the management of the space and services.
