Bringing Agile Work platform to Unilever

The Agile work platform goes beyond flexible work or hot desking. It brings the three areas Practice, Facilities and technology to provide this unique platform.
At Unilever Irelands facility at citywest, CSS did just that. The Existing facility was transformed for the traditional enclosed offices, meeting room suites to provide new areas in line with the agile work platform where people can focus and work, areas to connect and collaborate together with areas for vitality
CSS are delighted to work with Unilever in introducing this new way of operating to the existing Unilever Ireland facility. The works completed included all elements of the Design and refurbishment of the existing space to provide the new working environment. The works were completed over a number of stages and the client remained in occupation during the installation works. GoAdv is an independent online media company and is at the forefront of the online media world

Go advertising are expanding there workforce and have selected Grand Mill Quay facility at Barrow Street right across from Google as there location for there new European offices.

Creative Space services are providing the full package of Design and fit out services for the 6000 sq ft facility that will be home to over 70 staff.

CSS provides energy efficient Lighting option to Zurich

CSS completed an assessment of the options for using an energy efficient light fitting as part of the latest fit out works for Zurich Assurance at their offices in Blackrock.

The cost and payback details were presented and with a three year payback periods the decision was easy.

The details of this system are available on request and we would be delighted to offer a similar assessment for any other clients considering this as part of a fit out or an upgrade to an existing facility.

CSS complete marketing Suite for Waterside Citywest

CSS recently completed the works to the new marketing suite for the waterside office complex at Citywest business campus. The facility which is located with the very impressive office complex is finished to a high standard and will be used to showcase the office complex. Accelerated capital allowances …and added benefit to tenant improvements

The list of services covered by the accelerated capital allowanced is being increased which gives greater potential for additional savings to clients during the fit out process.
The accelerated allowances which provided companies the ability to reclaim tax on more energy efficient plant and equipment approved by the SEAI . More information on this scheme is available on the SEAI web site.

Creative Space Services will provide a checklist for all plant and offer options for elements that could fall under this allowance scheme as part of any of our project services.

New Legislation comes into effect in relation to Disabled Access

These new regulations are cited as the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2009. Provisions of article 8 (Disabled Access Certificate) came into effect on the 1st of January 2010.

The regulations aim to ensure that, as far as is reasonable and practicable, buildings should be suitable for use by people with disabilities. The requirements relate to access and use of buildings, sanitary conveniences and audience or spectator facilities, where appropriate

All modifications to existing facilities or new fit out works need to be assessed to ensure compliance with these new regulations. This element is part of the services provided by Creative space services.
